Bonica matinal a un lloc poc visitat amb bici. Agafo les carreteres secundaries per anar mes r\u00e0pid per travessar la plana. De Llo fins el pla de la Creu es la pista normal. Del Coll de la Creu cap el Coll Segalera es puja b\u00e9 amb alguna rampa curta. Important no deixar el cam\u00ed marcat amb triangles vermells o mes endavant les marques grogues del Cam\u00ed de N\u00faria. Un cop arribats a fora el bosc el cam\u00ed amb pujades i baixades es mes trialero per\u00f2 es deixa passar fins arribar a la Font. Un indret ben bonic. La tornada desfent el cam\u00ed fins el Pla de la Creu i un cop all\u00e1 baixada directe a Llo.
